Flying ZenVairs

Greg Jannakos was the first person to fly a Corvair powered HDS. He plans built a very clean airframe. Greg attended several of our Corvair Colleges, and finished and ran his engine at Corvair College # 8. At the end of our Midwest Tour I was the guest speaker at Greg's EAA Chapter outside Atlanta. This gave us the chance to make a housecall and visit his project in person just before it flew. Greg adapted the Corvair installation to his own specific tastes, and came up with a combination that served his particular needs.
